On October 17, AGC joined with other contractor trade associations in calling for greater attention from the White House on the latest supply chain threat to the construction industry: the difficulty obtaining electrical items. From transformers to switchgear, to switchboards and circuit breakers—AGC members recently identified electrical components as facing among the greatest shortages and delays of any items needed to build construction projects of all types. AGC continues to advocate for ways to reduce supply chain constraints.
